Shipping
- Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Every jar leaves our kitchen in Hampton, Virginia.
- Handling time. Orders go out within 2 business days.
- Transit time. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US after the order ships.
- Cost. Every 2-pack and 3-pack ships free — no minimum, no code. Single jars ship at a $5.99 flat rate.
- Tracking. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing items
Jars are sealed and packed to survive shipping — but if yours arrives damaged or something is missing, we make it right. Email info@anghangpinoy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a free replacement.
Returns & refunds
Because our chili oils are food products, we can’t accept returns of opened jars for health and safety reasons.
- Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first so we can send return instructions; return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.
- Wrong or defective items — we’ll replace them or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to send anything back.
- Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return (or approving the claim).
